Paying for your Property is Quite EASY!
Follow the steps below to purchase your prime beachside lot with flexible online payment options. Easily reserve your beachfront property from the comfort of your own home with all information available online.

STEP 1: Book An Appointment
Schedule a presentation with us and we can showcase what our properties can offer for you! It only takes 30 minutes and we can also answer all of your questions during our presentation. We can also meet at our office, or even on site of the property.

STEP 2: Choose Your Lot
After looking at your preferred property, you can choose which lot you’re interested in. Maybe prefer a vacation home near the beach, or a large business at the center of the property, or even become neighbors with your friends and families. Let us know, and we will send you a computation!

STEP 3: Sign and Pay the Reservation
To close the deal, sign our Online Reservation Form and that lot will be tentatively reserved for 3 days. Within those 3 days, kindly pay the reservation fee either online, or at our office.

STEP 4: Settle the Balance
Purchasing the lot comes next. We offer discounts for full cash payments and we also have flexible payment terms. You can pay the downpayment in full, or we can do a stretched out downpayment as well. We also have the option for in-house financing for the balance.

STEP 5: Turnover
Once the lot has been paid in full, you can leave the rest to us to complete the turnover. After signing the Deed of Absolute Sale, and transferring the Title, you are now one step closer to making your dream home come true!

How much is it to Reserve?

RESERVE YOUR LOT FOR ONLY PHP 50,000 You can reserve your lot for only Php 50,000 per lot. |
Can non-Filipino residents purchase?

NATURAL BORN FILIPINOS You may still purchase a lot as long as you have Filipino citizenship as part of your dual citizenship. For those who have lost their Filipino Citizenship but is a Natural Born Filipino may still purchase a lot with some limitations on how large you can purchase. |

LEASEHOLD If both of these above do not apply, you can also opt in for leasehold. Leasehold rights are essentially perpetual, allowing for transfer to the next generation with the option of renewal for for 25 years, renewable for another 25 years, total of 50 years. This grants you the authority to make decisions regarding the property during the leasehold period. |
What can I build on the lot?

ANYTHING You have free range design on the house itself as long as it is within the bounderies of your lot. It does still need to follow government building and safety codes and other relevant laws. |

VACATION OR BUSINESS You can use the lot to build your own vacation home that you can also opt in for Airbnb hosting, doubling it as a source of income for when you are not using it. |
What are the Payment Terms?

FLEXIBLE PAYMENT TERMS We have flexible payment terms for all of our available properties, with the option for stretched out 30% downpayment for as low as 12 months, and in-house financing for up to 5 years (Terms differ depending on the project). We also offer discounts for shorter terms! |
