- No Active Fault Lines – According to DOST‑PHIVOLCS, Palawan has no known active fault lines. The province is rarely affected by earthquakes that often impact other parts of the country.

Silom Project Presentation to the Sangguniang Bayan of Balabac
On October 6, 2025, Seanderg formally presented the Silom Properties Development Proposal to the Sangguniang Bayan of Balabac. The presentation outlined our vision for sustainable and community-aligned growth in the area, emphasizing the long-term value the project will bring to both investors and local residents.

We are pleased to share that the Sangguniang Bayan has approved the project in principle, marking a significant milestone in the development of Silom. Only the completion of documentation remains before we can move forward with groundbreaking activities.
This approval represents an important step toward realizing our shared vision for a thoughtfully planned, environmentally conscious community in southern Palawan — one that supports both progress and preservation.
Tagolango 2 Progress Report
We’re excited to share the latest internal developments on our Tagolango 2 community. Our goal is to deliver a high-quality living experience and improved infrastructure by year’s end.
Current Status
- Macadam Road – Now 90 % complete. Targeted for full completion by October 24.
- Public Toilet – Targeted for completion during 3rd Week of November.
- Swimming Pool – Will be constructed after turnover.
Target Turnover – Tentatively scheduled for 3rd Week of December, though we are working hard to finish by 3rd Week of November if all goes well.
