Seanderg Joins TLEX Davao 2025
Seanderg proudly participated in the Tourism and Leisure Expo (TLEX) Davao, where our beachfront developments drew strong interest from attendees eager to invest in the rising destinations of Palawan.

Exploring Paradise with Our Future Landowners
We successfully conducted our latest round of site visit in Palawan, guiding prospective buyers through the pristine shores of Silom Beachfront, Balabac lots.
Seeing our guests fall in love with the crystal-clear waters and white sandy shores reaffirmed why we do what we do. We look forward to welcoming more clients in our upcoming tripping schedules!
New Beginnings:
Seanderg Office Ribbon Cutting in Makati
On May 27, we marked a major milestone with the inauguration of our new Seanderg headquarters at the BDO Life Megaplaza Building in Makati. Surrounded by partners and staff, the ribbon-cutting ceremony signified a new chapter as we position ourselves even closer to investors, business partners, and collaborators in the Metro.
